Too Long; Looks Good To Me — on the temptation to rubber-stamp agent-written code, and why you still have to read it even when it is better than yours.
TL;LGTM — Too Long; Looks Good To Me. The review an agent's 2,000-line diff gets when nobody actually reads it.
It is tempting. The code compiles, the tests pass, the names are clean, and it is often better than what we would have written ourselves. That is exactly the problem: reviewing code above your level is hard. You cannot spot what you do not understand.
But you are the one shipping it. Read it anyway. Slowly. Ask it to explain. If you cannot defend a line, it is not yours to merge.
Approval is not a vibe check.
